However, the air conditioning was quite loud, which disrupted my sleep, and I encountered some unexpected charges at check-in. It's a good spot for families looking for spacious accommodations with a central location.

The one-bedroom king suite was super spacious and comfy, with a kitchenette featuring a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Daily cleaning was on point. The location was super convenient too, near shops and two subway lines. The fitness center looked nice but I didn't get to check out the spa.

Had a fab time! The location was super convenient, and the beds were seriously comfortable. Big shoutout to Margaret, our housekeeper—she was a total gem and made us feel at home. Jeremiah in the lobby was also really friendly. One downside, though, was that the hallway had a bit of an odd smell, which wasn’t great.

I recently enjoyed a comfortable stay with my family in a spacious one-bedroom suite, which included a handy kitchen area for snacks. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore NYC while being in a quieter spot. However, the hotel could improve by offering more amenities and clearer communication regarding hidden fees. All in all, it felt like a great home base for our adventure!

The spacious suite provided plenty of room for my family to spread out comfortably. The city view from the suite was truly a highlight of our stay.

We loved the On Demand Meditation feature. The special surprise set up for their birthday with stuffed animals and cookies truly made our stay memorable, creating a homey vibe.

In my wife’s opinion, there could be more family-friendly dining options available, especially breakfast.
